This is the second of the two most important buildings in Cheyenne. If I tell you that it's located on Capitol Avenue, can you guess what it is? Yes, it's the state capitol. 

And, in case you're curious, Capitol Avenue extends from the Union Pacific depot to the capitol, so each building is visible from the other. How's that for city planning?
