If you've noted all the empty roads I've featured on the blog, you might have gotten the idea that there's not a lot of traffic in Wyoming. It's true -- we have the distinction of being the least densely populated of all fifty states. As a result, it's not too hard to find beautiful scenes like this one, which is part of the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area in southwestern Wyoming.
This is one of the reasons I like driving in Wyoming.
